Just over a month ago we first stepped foot inside The Chequer Inn after the community bought our village amenity. This short video documents the Commitees first visit to The Chequers in April to plan what was required in the renovation period. Over the last month, we have been hard at work generally tidying up to make it safe, fixing the roof, clearing and cleaning the cellar, but there still is a long way to go!
